Our services
MSB Granite & Marble fabricates and installs natural and engineered stone surfaces, including countertops, backsplashes, vanities, outdoor kitchen surfaces and related removal work, within roughly 70 miles of Sarasota, FL.
Estimates
Estimates are free and are based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed after on-site templating, when exact measurements, material and edge details are set. An estimate is not a contract; work begins only after you approve a written proposal.
Natural stone variation
Granite, marble and other natural stones vary in color, veining and movement from slab to slab and within a single slab. The slab and layout you approve before fabrication are the reference for your project. Photos on this site and samples are illustrative only.
Scheduling and site access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled dates and to secure pets and personal items. Plumbing disconnections and reconnections beyond the scope described in your proposal are the client's responsibility.
Payments
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card, Cash, Check. Payment schedules are stated in your written proposal.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MSB Granite & Marble is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Our responsibility for any service is limited to what is described in your written proposal.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to MSB Granite & Marble or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
